Carnival of the Liberals #94
Earlier, Ames posted one of the best Independence Day editions of Carnival of the Liberals we’ve had to date. Head on over to Submitted To A Candid World for Edition #94.
I’ll be taking over hosting duties for Carnival of the Liberals #95, which you’ll be able to find on Saturday, July 18th at my too long dormant blog Neural Gourmet. Submissions deadline is any time on Thursday, July 16th. There’s no theme for this edition, since everybody seems to hate themed editions, but as you know, I’m partial to anything applying skepticism/critical thinking to politics or erudite analysis of the intersection of science and politics.

In other news, our one-question survey (here) asking whether it’s time to end Carnival of the Liberals is still going on through the 13th. So far, we’ve only had 8 responses. While only one of those was an affirmative, I can’t say this bodes well for the Carnival. Thanks to the handful of people that have emailed me personally about this.
