Atheism is a risk-taking behavior?
PZ unearthed a paper from a few years back that says
atheism is similar to “
any other shortsighted, risky and impulsive behavior… [people]
…engage in, such as assault, robbery, burglary, murder and rape.” Guess what? The author is a religious scholar, doncha know. Nope. Didn’t see that coming, did you?

I fail to see how atheism could be considered a behavior at all. Very odd claim, isn’t it?
I think the guy is claiming that there is a conscious decision being made to not believe. And, because, you know, no sane person would ever consciously choose to not believe in god, therefore the person must be engaging in risk-taking behavior.
